About Me

I joined TCU in 2020 initially supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs at the School of Medicine before transitioning to Human Resources in 2022, where I currently serve as a Learning & Engagement Consultant.  In this role, I lead the design, development, implementation and refinement of learning and development efforts for employees across campus with specific attention to leadership development, inclusion and diversity initiatives

Prior to joining TCU, I worked as a Housing and Residence Life administrator on college campuses spanning as far north as New Jersey and as far south as Tennessee.  In all of my roles, the common thread for me is that I have fostered and co-created spaces to help individuals succeed individually and as parts of teams.  I am a Rutgers University graduate, earning my master’s degree in Education with a Women’s and Gender Studies Graduate Certificate.  I am currently working on my doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership at TCU.

Although a self-proclaimed displaced Jersey girl, I happily call Mansfield, Texas, home and share it with my 3 VIPs.  When I am not partnering with the TCU community to maximize employee engagement, I can be found learning something new, reading, cooking, binging shows I have already watched multiple times, catching a show or a movie, gifting my time to the humans that make my life brighter every day, and (always) having a great day on purpose.
