Description of Research
Pichardo looks for public spaces to question traditional knowledge as an educational resource for our experience in history. Her first approach to history research was a focus on how ancient Americas cultures viewed death, emphasizing on elements that were brought to their offerings. Currently, she's in the process of investigating the role museums play in society regarding inclusion and equity through an exhibition on Moche art.
Her Master's Advisor is Dr. Alex Hidalgo.
