Biography

I am a first year doctoral student in the English program. Broadly, I am interested in the ways in which girls and women are represented in and engaged with popular culture. More specifically, I am interested in children's and young adult literature, fantasy, gender and sexuality, and video games. Outside of academia, I love cats, K-Pop, true crime podcasts, and needle crafts.
