Ron Myers, Ph.D.

Dr. Ron Myers is an assistant professor of professional practice in K-12 Leadership. Dr. Myers has served as a teacher, central office director, and campus administrator for the past thirty-six years. After spending his earlier and middle public-school years working in pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade settings in Oklahoma and Texas, the past eight years provided opportunities to work as Byron Nelson High School principal, a comprehensive 6A Texas high school. In addition to his own public school experience, he has many family members who have also chosen the educational path. Dr. Myers received his Ph.D. in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma.
