How I Can Help:

• Provide understanding and guidance on all HR Benefits vendors and their various accounts, programs, and contacts
• Provide assistance/knowledge with all HR budgets, accounts, and employee census (BCBS & RxBenefits)
• Manage and maintain all HR fixed and variable expenses, vendor invoices, and payroll specific to employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
• Create, run, and organize various reports and queries to reconcile and track all benefit claims and employee enrollment counts

About Me

I joined TCU in 2019 as the HR Benefits Financial Analyst. Prior to working at TCU, I was the Financial Budget Manager for the Library. Before that, I worked in the TRIO Pre-College Program at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). During my tenure at UTA, I helped the university manage all relevant budgetary accounts, employee payroll/benefits services, and work with various vendors on mutually beneficial contracts/partnerships. I am a graduate of Grambling State University with a Bachelors's in Finance and Marketing. I also have an MBA and Master's in Economics from UTA. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I now reside in Arlington, TX, just minutes from where the best football team in the world plays. Go, Cowboys!!! When not busy at work, you will find me outside playing basketball, tennis, or running at your nearest park. I also enjoy watching movies, playing my trumpet, video games, and cheering on my favorite pro sports teams!
