About Me

I joined TCU Human Resources as a Compensation Manager in 2014 and transitioned to various roles within Human Resources, including my latest role as Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, overseeing benefits, compensation, payroll, and talent acquisition. 

Before my career at TCU, I worked in municipal government in various cities across North Texas, including Fort Worth and Dallas.  I’ve also worked in human resources in the healthcare industry.

I earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Southern University and A&M College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am a certified Professional in Human Resources, holding both the SHRM-CP and PHR designations.

When I am not in the office, I am planning my next travel adventure or spending quality time with my family.
