About Me

I joined TCU in 2017 as the Senior Employee Relations Consultant.  Prior to TCU, I have served in progressive HR roles for the past 20 years working with individuals and teams to support employee needs during the full employment cycle.  Most recently, as an HR manager with Tyson Foods, I engaged with employees and management, focused on connecting, communicating and collaborating to build high-performing teams dedicated to relationships and results.

I am a graduate of SMU, where I majored in business with an emphasis in HR.  I am most proud of achieving my Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.  I am passionate about volunteer work and currently serve on a board.  Most evenings and weekends involve my son’s sporting activities and booster club events.
