About Me

I joined TCU in 2019 as the Human Resources Director for the School of Medicine. Prior to TCU, I held several HR positions at the University of North Texas Health Science Center for over 17 years.  My roles included HR Recruiter, Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager.  Throughout my tenure, I worked closely with managers and employees to develop values-based practices aligned with performance management and hiring.  I graduated with my Masters in Business Administration in 2008 and currently hold my SPHR.
