Matt Masson

TCU College Advising Corps is an innovative program that works to increase the number of low-income, first-generation college and underrepresented students who enter and complete higher education.

Matt Burckhalter has managed the TCU program since its inception in 2011. As program director, Mr. Burckhalter supervises 24 college advisers who serve high schools in Tarrant and Dallas counties.

Mr. Burckhalter holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and broadcasting with an emphasis in news editorial from Oklahoma State University, a Masters of Education in administration from TCU, and a Masters of Business Administration from TCU.
