About Me
I serve as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Employee Engagement & Success. I joined TCU in 2015 as Associate Director of the Professional Development Center in the Neeley School of Business. Prior to TCU, I practiced as a leadership consultant guiding schools (secondary and higher education), agencies, faith-groups, companies and communities on developing meaningful, sustainable leadership and career-development programs. I’ve written a few books and previously served as a licensed school counselor at a Colorado alternative high school and in the leadership development field at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Santa Clara University and Syracuse University. I earned an undergraduate degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Gettysburg College; and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. Outside of work, my life is filled with family, outdoor activities, running, yoga, good food, reading (or Audible) and creative writing.
