About Me

I was hired in May 2015 at Texas Christian University as a Compensation Analyst and am now the Director of Compensation. I have over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, including compensation, employment and onboarding, and project management. I am a proud Veteran of the Army National Guard where I served for 8 years in a human resources capacity including a 2-year mobilization In Support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I have over 15 years of higher education-focused human resources and am well-versed in this industry. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). I am a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-CP). I am a graduate of the Inaugural Class of the TCU Manager Leaders program. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University.
