• I provide up-to-the-minute knowledge for issues and projects to the VC & CHRO; I ensure all requisite materials, executive summaries, documents, and reports are available.
• I have a wide range of knowledge regarding TCU’s culture and look for solutions to solve issues.
• I provide excellent customer service and provide critical services to support the mission of Human Resources.

About Me

I am a Human Resources professional with more than three decades of experience leading people and organizational change. I joined TCU Human Resources in 2006 as a Human Resources Specialist. I currently manage HR operations and support the office of the Vice Chancellor & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to TCU, I was an Area Sales Manager for Macy’s department store. During my 26-year career at Macy’s, I led a staff of more than 20 employees, managing operations and visual presentation of the areas I led. My team and I achieved annual sales of $3.1 million.

When not at TCU HR, you may find me at a TCU sporting event or attending fine arts and cultural events in Fort Worth and the greater metroplex. I am an avid traveler, always planning my next adventure across the globe. My husband Mark, ’93 (MLA ’16), and I live in Fort Worth.
