About Me
I joined TCU Human Resources in 2024 and serve as an Employee Success Consultant. In this role, I support managers and employees through objective coaching, problem-solving and decision-making assistance to ensure employee success with people-related solutions.
Prior to TCU, I was an educator in the K-12 public education system. I received my Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. My passion has always been connecting with people from different backgrounds and helping them reach their full potential. I am a second generation Mexican-American who was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas where I currently reside. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with my fur child, Gabe.
