• I provide functional support for TCU HRIS system – PeopleSoft HCM, this includes:
  • Delivered functionality – HR core, Benefits Administration, Payroll for North America, and Employee Self Service
  • TCU developed functionality -  Leave Reporting, HR Budget Manager Reporting, and ePAF
  • Integrations with cloud products and PeopleSoft HCM (Frog Time, Compliance)

About Me

I joined TCU in Human Resources in 1998 – when Human Resources had a staff of 12.  During my tenure in Human Resources, I have served in various roles, from reporting, managing the data entry team to my current position as Associate Director of HRIS.   I am a graduate of TCU’s Neeley School of Business, earning my Bachelor of Business Administration, Management degree.  When not at work, I keep busy with my 1930’s Arlington Heights house, junkin’ at flea markets & estate sales, and creating unique handmade greeting cards.
