Dr. Hall completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her master's degree from Seattle University and her doctorate from the University of Texas, Arlington (UTA). Her dissertation was entitled, Reporting Realities: Are the Clery Act and Other Federal Policies Failing Women at Institutions of Higher Education? She has close to twenty years of professional experience in student affairs and higher education, covering a wide variety of functional areas. She has worked at private and public higher education institutions across the country. Her research interests include violence against women on college campuses and the impacts of state and federal policies on colleges and universities. Dr. Hall was a post-doctoral research associate with UTA's Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department.
