About Me:

I joined TCU in March of 2022 as the HR Recruiter for the Burnett School of Medicine. Prior to TCU, I was the Employment Manager for Tarleton State University where I oversaw full life cycle recruitment and position management for staff and faculty.  With a strong customer service focus, I am committed to building collaborative partnerships throughout the university.  I have served in various HR functions for 20 years that include talent acquisition roles for large hospitality organizations in Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada.  have a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

While not at work you can find me spending time with family, enjoying outdoor activities, trying new restaurants, and working on the ranch where I live in Bluff Dale with our many “pets” that include goats, a llama, and three horses.
