About Me
I joined TCU Human Resources in 2019 and serve as the Manager of Employee Success. As the Manager of Employee Success, I serve to strengthen the workforce by supporting those seeking to realize their full potential – both personal and professional. I do this through proactive manager/leader development, supporting employee/employer difficult conversations, performance management, and learning/development opportunities.
Prior to TCU HR, I worked as the Assistant Director for Outdoor Programs at TCU Campus Rec, and a Middle/High School Principal in Los Angeles before that. During my tenure in the Rec and as a Principal, I created transformational learning experiences that impacted students, teachers, and fulfilled the organizational strategic mission. I am a graduate of TCU, where I earned my Ph.D. in Education.
I currently live in Benbrook with my VIPs (1 big and 3 little). When I’m not keeping busy developing learning opportunities, you can find me outside hiking, riding my bike, or exploring somewhere new.
