Yes. Even small private events may be added. If your event is private, you may want to share details in an email to a few select members of your group or organization. Adding private events to the calendar gives your audience a centralized place to keep up-to-date with event details.

Yes. Use one of the calendar widgets to embed and display events (or series of events) on your department website. For maximum visibility, widgets can be added to relevant partner organizations sites, too.

Possibly. TCU Calendar administrators can import various kinds of event feeds. Please contact calendar@tcu.edu to discuss options.

Yes. Creating an event on Calendar.tcu.edu gives each event a unique web address that can be shared on social media or linked in an email.

TCU Calendar metrics provides instant access to event insights directly in your admin dashboard. Reporting options include number of attendees, attendee geography and page views.
