Video Celebrates Chancellor’s Staff Award Winner Victoria Chen

The Chancellor’s Staff Award for Outstanding Service was awarded to Victoria Chen, executive director of scholarships and financial aid, who works with students and families to make a TCU education possible. Chen was recognized for her leadership during a challenging year with FAFSA changes and concerns.



Created in 2003, the Chancellor’s Staff Award recognizes a staff member for exemplary service and contributions to the welfare of the campus community. The award includes a prize of $5,000.
