DiversityDayTCU’s 2022 Diversity Day Conference Oct. 27 will focus on “revolutionizing social change in the academy.” Leslie Ekpe, graduate assistant in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and president of the Graduate Student Senate, will serve as the conference administrator for the third year.

“The conference theme will be to discuss the need for systemic change within true educational reform,” Ekpe said. “Educational reform must target all stages of education in order to establish a sustainable future for post-secondary education.”

Ekpe says this includes gaining a better understanding of anti-racist approaches, identifying challenges at all levels and assisting post-secondary professionals in developing and implementing reform in the areas in which they serve.

The virtual event will consist of four sessions. Learn more about each one and register.
