Whatever your role, add years to your life and life to your years. TCU HR is partnering with the Blue Zones Project to bring a virtual Purpose Workshop to faculty and staff from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Feb. 17. Space is limited; advanced registration through PageUp is required.
During the 90-minute session, Blue Zones Facilitator Yolanda Harper with guide participants on how to discover or re-discover gifts and talents to inspire resilience, improve well-being and more easily navigate life's transitions.
“Discovering one’s purpose, and learning to live that purpose, can lead to a longer, healthier, happier and more productive life,” Harper says. “Participants in this workshop will engage in activities to help them realize their gifts, and begin to learn how those gifts can be used to achieve a truly meaningful life.”
