History, Mission & Values
Our Vision
The Center for Connection Culture aims to be a centralized resource that creates opportunities for individuals to make meaningful connections and to interact in the spirit of building a connected community.
Our Mission
The mission of TCU’s Center for Connection Culture is to strategically plan and promote
a campus community for all. The center enhances the TCU community through programs,
learning and professional development and campus community events that foster spirited
belonging.
Our mission is rooted in the university’s mission, vision and values.
Our History
TCU’s unique culture is rooted in a long history of serving and including others —
actions that build bonds and create an environment where people feel a sense of spirited
belonging.
Founded in 2013 by Chancellor Victor J. Boschini, Jr., the Center for Connection Culture
was established to recognize, protect and strengthen TCU’s commitment to building
and sustaining a connected community.
“TCU is a place where people are the priority. This is a hallmark of the TCU experience — so much so, that we launched the Center for Connection Culture to further spread the ethos ‘We are better together.’” –Chancellor Victor J. Boschini, Jr.
