By now, you’ve probably seen a lot of news on a novel Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. According to the Centers for Disease Control, the COVID-19 is a respiratory disease spread from person to person, with some of the same characteristics as other respiratory illnesses, including fever, cough and shortness of breath.

TCU and our Emergency Management Team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 issue, in conjunction with local, state and federal health authorities.

Texas Christian University is closely monitoring the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. It is important to note we are not aware of any suspected cases at TCU.
